Information for shareholders of Ruth Next Generation Equities, Ruth Global Change Equities, and Intensity Crafted by Ruth

Considering the investment objectives, risk profiles, and fees of both the merging sub-funds and the receiving sub-fund, the merger is being carried out to streamline the portfolio management.

At the time of the merger on December 6 2024 all assets and liabilities of Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities will be transferred to Intensity Crafted by Ruth. Shareholders of Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities will automatically be issued shares of Intensity Crafted by Ruth unless they choose to redeem their shares before November 28 2024 at 11:00 AM.

The portfolio management activity for Ruth Next Generation Equities is delegated to Goldman Sachs Asset Management International until November 8 2024 after which Ruth Asset Management AB will take over the portfolio management activity until the merger.

Shareholders of Intensity Crafted by Ruth will not be affected by the merger.

Important Dates

October 28 – November 28 2024 at 11:00 AM: Shareholders of Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities who choose to redeem their shares during this period will not become shareholders of Intensity Crafted by Ruth.
November 28, 11:00 AM – December 6 2024: Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities will be closed for trading.
December 5, 11:00 AM – December 6 2024: Intensity Crafted by Ruth will be closed for trading. Fund orders received during this period with trade date other than December 9 will be rejected and need to be resubmitted on December 9 when the fund is open for trading again.
December 6 2024: The merger will take place.
December 9 2024: Intensity Crafted by Ruth will reopen for trading.
