According to the previously communicated information on October 28 2024, the sub-funds Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities will be merged into the sub-fund Intensity Crafted by Ruth on December 6, 2024.

We want to inform you that the valuation of assets in Ruth Next Generation Equities and Ruth Global Change Equities will take place on December 6, 2024, and not on December 5, 2024, as previously stated. Other dates remain unchanged, and the timeline will follow the one provided in the previous communication.

There will be no impact on the shareholders or on the operational processes.
