Launch of a new share class and update of the prospectus

This does not affect you as an existing shareholder. The new share classes will enable retail customers to invest in our funds and will open for trading on 12 May 2025.
In connection with this, we have also made some adjustments to the funds' prospectus. The updates primarily involve minor changes to the SFDR pre-contractual disclosures and a few adjustments to the investment strategies of certain funds.
The changes will come into effect on 9 May 2025.

If you, as a shareholder, do not agree with the above changes, you may redeem you shares of the sub-funds free of any charge from the date of this notice until 8 May 2025.
