The merger of Ruth Asset Management AB's funds is completed

On June 28, 2024, the mergers of Ruth Asset Management AB's Swedish-domiciled funds to the Luxembourg-domiciled sub-funds were completed.

The mergers has taken place by absorption and included the following funds:

The sub-funds have similar investment objectives and policies in Luxembourg as they have had in Sweden. Investment strategies and responsible investment managers remain unchanged, and Ruth Asset Management AB remains the management company.
